高效模式下医院手术室一次性无菌物品的管理研究

摘要

目的 探究高效模式下医院手术室管理一次性无菌物品的效果。方法 回顾性收集本院2024年2月至2025年2月期间常规管理手术室一次性无菌物品的情况作为参照组；总结常规管理存在的问题，分析并制定高效管理措施，于2025年3月至2026年3月开始实施作为实验组。对比两组一次性无菌物品抽查合格率、管理质量等情况。结果 实验组手术室医生满意度、管理质量评分均较参照组显著偏高（P<0.05）；而无菌物品缺货次数较参照组显著偏低（P<0.05）。实验组术前准备合格率、抽查合格率均较参照组显著偏高（P<0.05）；而无菌物品过期发生率较参照组显著偏低（P<0.05）。结论 高效模式下医院手术室管理一次性无菌物品，可明显提高抽查合格率及术前准备合格率，手术室医生满意度较高，管理质量明显提升，应积极推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effectiveness of managing disposable aseptic items in hospital operating rooms under efficient mode.
Methods A retrospective collection was conducted on the situation of disposable aseptic items in the operating rooms under routine management in our hospital from February 2024 to February 2025 as the reference group; Summarize the problems in conventional management, analyze and develop efficient management measures, and implement them as an experimental group from March 2025 to March 2026. Compare the qualification rate and management quality of two groups of disposable aseptic items during spot checks.
Results The satisfaction and management quality scores of the operating room doctors in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the reference group (P<0.05); The frequency of sterile item shortages was significantly lower than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The qualification rates of preoperative preparation and spot check in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the reference group (P<0.05); The incidence of expired sterile items was significantly lower than that of the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Efficient management of disposable aseptic items in hospital operating rooms can significantly improve the pass rate of spot checks and preoperative preparation. The satisfaction of operating room doctors is high, and the quality of management is significantly improved, which should be actively promoted.
