The impact of establishing nursing risk processes on the quality of care for continuous blood purification patients
护理风险流程建立对连续性血液净化患者护理质量的影响

摘要

目的 探讨护理风险流程建立对连续性血液净化（CBP）患者护理质量的影响。方法 选取2024年5月-2025年5月期间本院收治的80例接受CBP治疗的患者，采用随机数字表法分组，各40例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上建立并应用护理风险流程。比较两组患者干预效果。结果 观察组在基础护理、专科护理、风险预防及文书书写各维度的评分及总分均显著高于对照组，其中风险预防维度提升尤为明显。不良事件方面，观察组总发生率为10.00%，对照组为40.00%，具体表现为管路相关并发症（5.00% vs 17.50%）、出血事件（2.50% vs 12.50%）及液体平衡管理失误（2.50% vs 10.00%）发生率均明显降低。结论 护理风险流程建立可显著提升CBP患者的护理质量，降低不良事件发生率，该护理管理模式科学且高效，建议推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of establishing a nursing risk process on the quality of nursing care for patients undergoing continuous blood purification (CBP).
Methods 80 patients who received CBP treatment in our hospital from May 2024 to May 2025 were selected and randomly divided into groups of 40 each using a random number table method. The control group received routine care, while the observation group established and applied a nursing risk process based on routine care. Compare the intervention effects between two groups of patients.
Results The observation group had significantly higher scores and total scores in the dimensions of basic nursing, specialized nursing, risk prevention, and document writing than the control group, with a particularly significant improvement in the risk prevention dimension. In terms of adverse events, the total incidence rate of the observation group was 10.00%, while that of the control group was 40.00%. Specifically, the incidence of complications related to the tubing (5.00% vs 17.50%), bleeding events (2.50% vs 12.50%), and fluid balance management errors (2.50% vs 10.00%) were significantly reduced.
Conclusion   Establishing a nursing risk management process can significantly improve the quality of care for CBP patients and reduce the incidence of adverse events. This nursing management model is scientific and efficient, and it is recommended to be promoted.
