Analysis of the application effect of family participatory nursing in elderly patients with frailty and severe pneumonia
家庭参与式护理在老年衰弱合并重症肺炎患者中的运用效果分析

摘要

目的 探讨家庭参与式护理在老年衰弱合并重症肺炎患者中的运用效果。方法 前瞻性选取88例在本院进行治疗的老年衰弱合并重症肺炎患者（2025年1月-2026年1月）。以随机数字表法分为A组（44例，常规护理）和B组（44例，常规护理+家庭参与式护理），均观察至出院4周。比较两组患者的各项指标变化情况。结果 与A组相比，B组住院天数更短（P＜0.05）；B组再入住率更低（P＜0.05）；与A组相比，观察组衰弱程度改善状况更佳（P＜0.05）；两组间家属护理能力提升情况存在显著差异，B组改善情况更具优势（P＜0.05）。结论 家庭参与式护理在老年衰弱合并重症肺炎患者中能够起到显著作用，能够有效缩短患者住院天数，加快恢复进程，降低再入住率，提升患者衰弱程度改善情况，家属护理能力有显著加强，能够确保患者护理质量。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of family participatory nursing in elderly patients with frailty and severe pneumonia.
Methods 88 elderly patients with frailty and severe pneumonia who received treatment in our hospital were prospectively selected (January 2025 January 2026). Divided into Group A (44 cases, routine nursing) and Group B (44 cases, routine nursing + family participatory nursing) using a random number table method, both were observed until 4 weeks after discharge. Compare the changes in various indicators between two groups of patients.
Results Compared with Group A, Group B had shorter hospitalization days (P<0.05); The readmission rate of Group B was lower (P<0.05); Compared with Group A, the observation group showed better improvement in the degree of frailty (P<0.05); There was a significant difference in the improvement of family care ability between the two groups, with group B showing a greater advantage in improvement (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Family participatory nursing can play a significant role in elderly patients with frailty and severe pneumonia. It can effectively shorten the length of hospital stay, accelerate the recovery process, reduce the readmission rate, improve the degree of frailty, significantly enhance the nursing ability of family members, and ensure the quality of patient care.
