Refined positional care improves the effect of reducing spitting up and regurgitation in newborns
精细化体位护理改善新生儿溢奶吐奶的效果

摘要

目的 探讨精细化体位护理对新生儿溢奶吐奶的改善效果及临床应用价值。方法 选取2024年1月5日起至2026年1月5日本院88例新生儿，随机分为新式组和传统组各44例，传统组采用常规护理，新式组实施精细化体位护理，比较两组相关指标。结果 新式组溢奶吐奶发生率、重度溢奶发生率及溢奶持续时间均低于传统组，体重增长值、睡眠时间及护理满意度均高于传统组，差异有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论 精细化体位护理可显著改善新生儿溢奶吐奶情况，促进生长发育，提高护理安全性。

Abstract

Objective To explore the improvement effect and clinical application value of refined position nursing on neonatal spitting up.
Methods A total of 88 neonates in our hospital from January 5, 2024, to January 5, 2026, were selected and randomly divided into a new-style group and a traditional group, with 44 cases each. The traditional group received conventional nursing, while the new-style group implemented refined position nursing. Relevant indicators were compared between the two groups.
Results The incidence of spitting up, the incidence of severe regurgitation, and the duration of regurgitation were lower in the new-style group than in the traditional group, while the weight gain, sleep duration, and nursing satisfaction were higher in the new-style group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Refined position nursing can significantly improve neonatal spitting up, promote growth and development, and enhance nursing safety.
