Analysis of the improvement of limb function and activities of daily living in hemiplegic stroke patients with continuous rehabilitation nursing
连续康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能与日常生活能力改善分析

摘要

目的 在脑卒中偏瘫患者中，分析连续康复护理的实施要点、应用价值及对患者肢体功能、日常生活能力的改善效果。方法 研究患者80例，入院就医后均被诊断为“脑卒中偏瘫”，选取时间方面，介于2025年1月至2026年3月，在治疗阶段，以上患者需按照奇偶数字法分组，每组纳入40例；其中，常规护理为对照组提供，连续康复护理为实验组提供，比较效果。结果 （1）临床护理前，比较Fugl‑Meyer运动功能评定量表（FMA）评分、Barthel指数，脑卒中偏瘫患者无差异，P>0.05；不同护理干预后，对照组、实验组以上指标均有改善，且后者更高，P<0.05；（2）生活质量各项评分比较，实验组高，P<0.05。结论 临床治疗阶段，连续康复护理的应用效果更佳，既可提高脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能、日常生活能力，又能保障患者最佳生活质量，推广价值显著。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the implementation points, application value, and improvement effects on limb function and activities of daily living of continuous rehabilitation nursing in hemiplegic stroke patients.
Methods A total of 80 patients were included in the study, all diagnosed with “hemiplegic stroke” after admission. The selection period was from January 2025 to March 2026. During the treatment stage, the patients were divided into two groups by odd-even number method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, while the experimental group received continuous rehabilitation nursing. The effects were compared.
Results (1) Before clinical nursing, there was no significant difference in Fugl‑Meyer Assessment (FMA) score and Barthel index between hemiplegic stroke patients, P > 0.05. After different nursing interventions, both the control group and the experimental group showed improvement in the above indicators, and the latter was higher, P < 0.05. (2) In the comparison of various quality of life scores, the experimental group was higher, P < 0.05.
Conclusion   During the clinical treatment stage, the application effect of continuous rehabilitation nursing is better. It can not only improve the limb function and activities of daily living of hemiplegic stroke patients but also ensure the best quality of life for patients, with significant promotion value.
