Analysis of the effect of zero defect nursing based on teamwork philosophy in the care of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome
基于团队协作理念的零缺陷护理在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征护理中的效果分析

摘要

目的 探析在团队协作理念框架下，于新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征护理中引入零缺陷护理的效果。方法 新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿筛取80例，分组：信封随机法，对照组（40例）执行常规护理，基于此，实验组（40例）执行基于团队协作理念的零缺陷护理，落实于2025年1月-2025年12月，比对组间临床相关指标、并发症发生率。结果 实验组的临床相关指标均比对照组要低（P<0.05）。实验组的并发症发生率相较于对照组要低（P<0.05）。结论 在团队协作理念指导下，于新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿护理中引入零缺陷护理的效果显著，可降低并发症发生率，缩短呼吸支持时间，有推广意义。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of introducing zero defect nursing based on the teamwork philosophy in the care of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.
Methods 80 neonates with respiratory distress syndrome were selected and divided into two groups by Envelope randomization: the control group (40 cases) received routine care, while the experimental group (40 cases) received zero defect nursing based on the teamwork philosophy. The implementation period was from January 2025 to December 2025. The clinical related indicators and the complications were compared between the two groups.
Results The clinical related indicators of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Under the guidance of the teamwork philosophy, the introduction of zero defect nursing in the care of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome has a significant effect, which can reduce the incidence of complications and shorten the duration of respiratory support, and is worthy of promotion.
