The effect of outpatient nursing intervention on patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer
门诊护理干预对慢性胃炎及胃溃疡患者的影响

摘要

目的 探究对慢性胃炎以及胃溃疡患者采取门诊护理干预的效果。方法 采用回顾性分析，选取2024年1月-2025年1月间我院门诊接诊的慢性胃炎以及胃溃疡患者资料60例，根据护理方法的不同，分为观察组（n=30，门诊护理干预）和对照组（n=30，门诊常规护理）。对比两组胃镜检查结果（Lanza评分）及不良反应。结果 观察组Lanza评分低于对照组（P<0.05），两组不良反应发生率比较，χ²=1.964，P=0.161，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 门诊护理干预可有效降低慢性胃炎及胃溃疡患者的Lanza评分，减轻胃黏膜损伤，但对降低不良反应发生率无明显作用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of outpatient nursing intervention on patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 60 patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025. According to different nursing methods, the patients were divided into the observation group (n=30, outpatient nursing intervention) and the control group (n=30, routine outpatient nursing). The gastroscopy results (Lanza scores) and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.
Results The Lanza score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups showed a χ ²=1.964, P=0.161, indicating no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).
Conclusion   Outpatient nursing intervention can effectively reduce Lanza scores and alleviate gastric mucosal injury in patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer, but it exerts no significant effect on lowering the incidence of adverse reactions.
