Research on the value of rapid recovery surgical nursing concept in perioperative nursing of thyroid surgery patients
快速康复外科护理理念用于甲状腺手术患者围术期护理中的价值研究

摘要

目的 分析快速康复外科护理理念用于甲状腺手术患者围术期护理中的价值。方法 选取2024年1月-2025年12月我院收治的甲状腺手术患者100例，按照不同护理方式分为两组，对比常规护理（对照组，n=50）与快速康复外科护理（观察组，n=50）的临床效果。结果 观察组术后进食、下床活动、住院时间以及视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组术后C反应蛋白指标均低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 甲状腺手术患者围术期开展快速康复外科护理，可以减轻术后疼痛和应激反应，降低并发症风险，促使患者术后更快恢复。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of the rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing concept in the perioperative nursing of thyroid surgery patients.
Methods 100 patients who underwent thyroid surgery in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2025 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods. The clinical effects of conventional nursing (control group, n=50) and rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing (observation group, n=50) were compared.
Results The postoperative eating, getting out of bed activities, hospital stay, and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); the postoperative C-reactive protein indicators of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing for patients during the perioperative period can alleviate postoperative pain and stress response, reduce the risk of complications, and enable patients to recover faster after surgery.
