Application of holistic nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with multiple rib fractures and hemopneumothorax
整体护理干预在多发性肋骨骨折并血气胸患者护理中的应用研究

摘要

目的 探究分析整体护理干预在多发性肋骨骨折并血气胸患者护理中的应用。方法 回顾性分析2025年1月至2025年12月期间，院内60例多发性肋骨骨折并血气胸患者病历资料。2025年1月至2025年6月的30例患者接受常规护理，作为对照组。2025年7月至2025年12月的30例患者接受整体护理，作为观察组。对比两组临床相关指标及生活质量。结果 干预前两组健康调查简表（SF-36）评分对比，P>0.05。干预后观察组伤愈时间及住院时间短于对照组，P<0.05。观察组SF-36评分高于对照组，P<0.05。结论 整体护理可显著改善患者临床相关指标及生活质量，值得推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the application of holistic nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with multiple rib fractures and pneumothorax.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 60 patients with multiple rib fractures and hemopneumothorax in the hospital from January 2025 to December 2025. From January 2025 to June 2025, 30 patients received routine care as the control group. From July 2025 to December 2025, 30 patients received holistic care as the observation group. Compare two groups of clinically relevant indicators and quality of life.
Results The MOS36-Ltem Short-Form Health Survey (SF-36) scores between the two groups before intervention, P>0.05. After intervention, the observation group had a shorter recovery time and hospitalization time than the control group, P<0.05. The SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, P<0.05.
Conclusion   Holistic nursing can significantly improve patients' clinical related indicators and quality of life, and is worthy of promotion and application.
