Study on the therapeutic effect of dietary ladder nursing on postoperative recovery after laparoscopic cholecystectomy for gallstones
胆囊结石腹腔镜切除术后饮食阶梯护理助力术后恢复的疗效研究

摘要

目的 分析在胆囊结石腹腔镜切除术后患者的护理方案中应用术后饮食阶梯护理的医学价值。方法将2025年1月-2025年12月内就诊的60例胆囊结石腹腔镜切除术患者作为研究对象，以区组随机法分对照组30例常规术后护理，观察组30例实施术后饮食阶梯护理，对比两组患者术后肠道功能恢复情况、对比两组患者生活质量评分。结果 观察组患者术后恢复情况优于对照组，组间对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。护理后，观察组的患者生活质量量表（SF-36）生活质量评分优于对照组，对比有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在胆囊结石腹腔镜切除术后患者的护理方案中应用术后饮食阶梯护理可助力肠道恢复，提高患者生活质量，让患者多方面受益。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the medical value of applying postoperative dietary ladder nursing in the nursing plan for patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy for gallstones.
Methods Sixty patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy for gallstones between January 2025 and December 2025 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided by block randomization into a control group of 30 patients receiving routine postoperative care and an observation group of 30 patients receiving postoperative dietary ladder care. The postoperative intestinal function recovery and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients were compared.
Results The postoperative recovery of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing, the Quality of Life Scale (SF-36) quality of life score of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of postoperative dietary ladder nursing in the nursing plan of patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy for gallstones can help with intestinal recovery, improve patients' quality of life, and benefit patients in multiple aspects.
