Nursing care and isolation protection practices for cutaneous anthrax patients
炭疽患者皮肤损害护理与隔离防护实践

摘要

目的 观察对炭疽患者开展综合性皮肤损害护理以及隔离防护的作用。方法 回顾性纳入2024年1月-12月进行常规护理的炭疽患者36例（对照组），并回顾性纳入2025年1月-12月进行综合性皮肤损害护理以及隔离防护护理的炭疽患者36例（观察组）。对患者症状改善用时、治疗期间心理状态以及炭疽知识掌握水平进行对比。结果 症状改善用时，观察组短于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗期间负面心理，观察组评分低于对照组（P<0.05）。炭疽知识掌握水平，观察组高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在对炭疽患者护理中开展综合性皮肤损害护理与隔离防护，有助于患者各方面症状迅速改善，缓解患者治疗期间负面情绪，增加患者对自身病症的认知水平。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effects of comprehensive skin lesion care and isolation protection in the treatment of anthrax patients.
Methods A retrospective study was conducted, including 36 anthrax patients who received routine care from January to December 2024 (control group) and 36 patients who received comprehensive skin lesion care and isolation protection from January to December 2025 (observation group). The time for symptom improvement, psychological state during treatment, and knowledge level of anthrax were compared between the groups.
Results The observation group showed a shorter time for symptom improvement compared to the control group (P<0.05). During treatment, the observation group had lower scores for negative psychological states than the control group (P<0.05). The knowledge level of anthrax was higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing comprehensive skin lesion care and isolation protection in the treatment of anthrax patients helps rapidly improve various symptoms, alleviate negative emotions during treatment, and enhance patients’ understanding of their condition.
