Exploring the application effect of phased goal oriented teaching method in nursing teaching in thoracic surgery operating room
探讨分阶段目标导向教学法在胸外科手术室护理带教中的应用效果

摘要

目的 探讨在胸外科手术室护理带教中实施分阶段目标导向教学法的效果。方法 采用回顾性分析，从2024年1月至2025年1月期间在我院胸外科实习的手术室护生80名，传统教学的40例设置为对照组，分阶段目标导向教学法的40例设置为研究组，对比两组教学效果。结果 研究组理论考核成绩、实践技能考核成绩、临床思维能力、问题解决能力、团队协作能力、自主学习能力以及护生满意度（总体满意度、目标清晰度、反馈及时性）均高于对照组，学习压力低于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在胸外科手术室护理带教中实施分阶段目标导向教学法在提升护生的理论知识和操作能力方面表现出显著优势，同时，护生对分阶段目标导向教学法的满意程度也远高于传统教学法。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of implementing phased goal oriented teaching method in nursing guidance in thoracic surgery operating rooms.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 80 operating room nursing students who interned in the thoracic surgery department of our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025. 40 cases of traditional teaching were set as the control group, and 40 cases of phased goal oriented teaching method were set as the research group. The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The theoretical assessment scores, practical skills assessment scores, clinical thinking ability, problem-solving ability, teamwork ability, self-learning ability, and nursing student satisfaction (overall satisfaction, goal clarity, timely feedback, learning pressure) of the research group were higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of phased goal oriented teaching method in nursing teaching in thoracic surgery operating rooms has shown significant advantages in improving the theoretical knowledge and operational abilities of nursing students. At the same time, nursing students are far more satisfied with the phased goal oriented teaching method than traditional teaching methods.
