摘要
目的 本研究旨在探究对（PICC）置管患者实施集束化护理的效果。方法 采用回顾性分析，选择2024年7月至2025年10月期间的PICC患者资料200例，分为常规护理的对照组（n=100例）与集束化护理的观察组（n=100例）。对比两组PICC相关并发症发生率、一次置管成功率、患者知识知晓率以及患者满意度。结果 观察组PICC相关并发症发生率低于对照组，一次置管成功率、患者知识知晓率以及患者满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对PICC置管患者实施集束化护理有助于提高PICC置管成功率，保障置管安全性，提高患者满意度。

Abstract
Objective This study aims to investigate the efficacy of implementing bundle care for patients undergoing PICC catheterization. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 200 PICC patients from July 2024 to October 2025, who were divided into a control group receiving routine care (n=100) and an observation group receiving bundled care (n=100). Compare the incidence of PICC related complications, success rate of one-time catheterization, patient knowledge awareness, and patient satisfaction between two groups. Results The incidence of PICC related complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the success rate of one-time catheterization, patient knowledge awareness, and patient satisfaction were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing bundled care for PICC catheterization patients can help improve the success rate of PICC catheterization, ensure catheterization safety, and increase patient satisfaction.
