Analysis of the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing technology on elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic biliary exploration and stone removal
快速康复护理技术对老年腹腔镜胆道探查取石患者效果分析

摘要

目的 探讨快速康复护理技术在老年腹腔镜胆道探查取石患者中的应用效果。方法 选取西安交大一附院陆港医院腹部外科行腹腔镜胆道探查取石术（2024年3月至2025年11月）64例老年患者，经随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各32例。对照组根据患者治疗方案实施常规护理，观察组增加快速康复护理技术，观察两组术后康复情况。结果 观察组患者术后胃肠功能恢复、下床活动、引流管留置、术后住院时间均显著短于对照组（P<0.05），且术后并发症发生率（9.38%）显著低于对照组（31.25%）（P<0.05）。结论 快速康复护理技术可加快患者康复进程，促进患者尽快拔管、出院，并可降低术后并发症发生风险。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing technology in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic biliary exploration and stone removal.
Methods Sixty-four elderly patients who underwent laparoscopic common bile duct exploration and stone extraction at the Department of Abdominal Surgery, Lu Gang Hospital (Xi’an Jiaotong University First Affiliated Hospital) from March 2024 to November 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 32 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing care according to the treatment plan, while the observation group additionally received rapid rehabilitation nursing techniques. The postoperative recovery outcomes of both groups were observed.
Results In the observation group, postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery, ambulation, drainage tube retention, and hospitalization duration were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the incidence of postoperative complications (9.38%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (31.25%) (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Rapid rehabilitation nursing techniques can accelerate the rehabilitation process of patients, promote prompt extubation and discharge, and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
