Research on the therapeutic effect of magnesium sulfate on patients with preeclampsia
硫酸镁对于妊高症患者的治疗效果研究

摘要

目的 分析妊高症患者采用硫酸镁治疗的临床价值。方法 抽选本院收治96例妊高症患者（时段：2025年1月-2025年12月），全部患者入院后予以常规处理，并接受静脉滴注硫酸镁治疗。对比治疗前后血压指标、炎性因子、血液流变学指标变化。结果 治疗后患者收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）均低于治疗前（P<0.05）。治疗后全部患者超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平均低于治疗前（P<0.05）。治疗后全部患者血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原均低于治疗前（P<0.05）。结论 妊高症患者采用硫酸镁治疗有助于控制血压，减轻炎症反应，调节血液流变学。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical value of magnesium sulfate treatment in patients with preeclampsia.
Methods 96 patients with preeclampsia admitted to our hospital (period: January 2025- December 2025) were randomly selected. All patients received routine treatment upon admission and received intravenous infusion of magnesium sulfate. Compare the changes in blood pressure indicators, inflammatory factors, and hemorheological indicators before and after treatment.
Results After treatment, the systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) of all patients were lower than before treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and tumor necrosis factor - α (TNF - α) in all patients were lower than before treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the plasma viscosity and fibrinogen of all patients were lower than before treatment (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Magnesium sulfate treatment for patients with preeclampsia can help control blood pressure, reduce inflammatory reactions, and regulate blood rheology.
