摘要
目的 探析加速康复外科联合无缝衔接护理在急性阑尾炎腹腔镜手术中的应用效果。方法 选择2025年7月-2025年12月于我院接受腹腔镜下急性阑尾炎手术的158例患者进行研究，随机数字表法分成对照组和实验组，每组79例，对照组常规护理，实验组加速康复外科联合无缝衔接护理，分析两组患者的术后康复指标、疼痛程度（VAS）和并发症发生率。结果 实验组患者术后康复指标优于对照组，P<0.05，对比患者的疼痛程度，实验组更轻，P<0.05，评估并发症发生率，实验组更低，P<0.05。结论 为急性阑尾炎腹腔镜手术的患者提供加速康复外科联合无缝衔接护理，可以降低并发症的产生，改善患者的术后康复指标，减轻患者的疼痛程度。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of enhanced recovery after surgery combined with seamless nursing care in laparoscopic surgery for acute appendicitis. Methods 158 patients who underwent laparoscopic acute appendicitis surgery in our hospital from July 2025 to December 2025 were selected for the study. They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 79 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received enhanced recovery after surgery combined with seamless nursing care. The clinical indicators, pain degree (VAS), and complication rate of the two groups were analyzed. Results The clinical indicators of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, P<0.05. Compared with the patients in the control group, the pain degree of the experimental group was lighter, P<0.05. The complication rate was lower in the experimental group, P<0.05. Conclusion Providing enhanced recovery after surgery combined with seamless nursing care for patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for acute appendicitis can reduce the occurrence of complications, improve the clinical indicators of patients, and alleviate the pain degree of patients.
