摘要
目的：评价细节护理(DC)在神经内科脑出血(CH)护理管理中的应用效果。方法：对2017.8-2019.3本院接诊112例CH患者病历资料，以住院号单双数分组，C组以常规护理，DC组实施DC护理。对比两组入院时、治疗后SAS、SDS、NIHSS、BI评分，总住院时间和住院花费，两组并发症情况，满意度结果。结果：入院时，两组SAS、SDS、NIHSS、BI等指标值对比，p＞0.05；出院当日，DC组各项评分较入院时、C组均有显著改善，p＜0.05。DC组住院耗时、住院花费均少于C组，p＜0.05。DC组住院期间并发症率3.58%少于C组14.29%，满意度94.64%高于C组82.14%，p＜0.05。结论：CH患者情况复杂，在接受救治的同时配合细节护理，关注到患者生理、心理等多方面的细节，促使护理工作顺利开展，从而提高救治效果，降低并发症，提高满意度。

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the effect of detailed nursing (DC) in the management of neurological cerebral hemorrhage (CH) care. Methods: The medical records of 112 patients with CH were enrolled in our hospital from 2017.8-2019.3. The hospitalization was divided into two groups. The C group received routine care and the DC group performed DC care. The two groups were admitted to hospital, SAS, SDS, NIHSS, BI score after treatment, total hospitalization time and hospitalization cost, two groups of complications, and satisfaction results. RESULTS: At the time of admission, the values of SAS, SDS, NIHSS, and BI were compared between the two groups, p>0.05. On the day of discharge, the scores of the DC group were significantly improved compared with the admission and C groups, p<0.05. The cost of hospitalization and hospitalization in the DC group were less than those in the C group, p<0.05. The complication rate of hospitalized patients in the DC group was 3.58% less than that in the C group, 14.29%, and the satisfaction rate was 94.64% higher than that in the C group (82.14%, p<0.05). Conclusion : CH patients have complicated conditions. They are treated with detailed care while paying attention to the details of the patient's physiology and psychology, which promotes the smooth development of nursing work, thereby improving the treatment effect, reducing complications and improving satisfaction.
