心理护理对面部烧伤整形患者的临床护理疗效

摘要

目的：观察心理护理在面部烧伤整形患者护理中的应用价值。方法：对2018.3-2019.2在本院就诊的70例面部烧伤整形患者分组，根据随机分组原则，一组予以常规护理(C组)，一组基于此加强心理护理(M组)。对于两组整形前后SAS、SDS、ADL评分，依从性、满意度对比结果。结果：整形前，M组SAS、SDS评分为(68.47±5.62)、(51.05±5.26)与C组(67.29±6.20)、(50.72±5.35)比较，p＞0.05；整形后，M组(45.28±4.32)、(42.28±5.19)评分较整形前有显著改善，p＜0.05；C组(65.17±4.88)、(48.08±4.56)较整形前也有明显改善，p＜0.05；但M组优于C组，p＜0.05。整形前，M组ADL评分与C组比较，p＞0.05；整形后，M组评分较整形前有显著改善，p＜0.05；C组较整形前也有明显改善，p＜0.05；但M组优于C组，p＜0.05。M组依从性94.29%高于C组82.86%，p＜0.05。M组满意度94.29%也高于C组82.86%，p＜0.05。结论：对于面部烧伤患者的护理最关键的在于提高其配合度和依从性，了解整形的意义和目的，从而解除其负性情绪，提高疗效，有助于其恢复正常生活，而这之中心理护理发挥了重要的作用。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the application value of psychological nursing in the nursing of patients with facial burn plastic surgery. METHODS: Seventy-one patients with facial burn and plastic surgery who were treated in our hospital from 2018.3 to 2019.2 were grouped according to the principle of randomization. One group was given routine care (group C), and one group was based on this strengthening psychological care (group M). For the two groups before and after plastic surgery SAS, SDS, ADL score, compliance, satisfaction comparison results. RESULTS: Before plastic surgery, the scores of SAS and SDS in group M were (68.47±5.62) and (51.05±5.26) compared with group C (67.29±6.20) and (50.72±5.35), p>0.05. Conclusion  : The most important thing for the nursing of patients with facial burn is to improve their cooperation and compliance, to understand the meaning and purpose of plastic surgery, so as to relieve their negative emotions and improve their curative effect, which helps them to return to normal life. Nursing plays an important role.
