The application of accelerated rehabilitation nursing in orthopedic surgery patients
浅谈加速康复护理在骨科手术患者中的应用

摘要
目的：探讨加速康复护理在骨科髋部手术患者护理中的应用价值。方法：将本院骨科2018.3-2019.4接诊的80例髋部手术病人，按照随机原则分组。一组实施常规护理(C组)，一组实施加速康复护理(F组)。对比两组依从性，术后通气、下床、住院时间，围术期并发症率，患者满意度。结果：F组患者依从率95.00%高于C组80.00%；且F组病人术后通气(6.12±2.34)h、下床(9.47±3.38)h、住院耗时(11.43±2.14)d均少于C组(8.48±2.45)h、(12.45±2.09)h、(15.56±2.45)d，p＜0.05。F组围术期并发症率2.50%少于C组15.00%；且患者满意度97.50%高于C组85.00%，p＜0.05。结论：加速康复护理的实施为患者提供了优质的、有计划、有目的、详细的护理服务，有助于提高患者依从性、舒适度和满意度，减少围术期并发症，改善术后状态，缩短住院时间，利于术后康复。

Abstract
Objective: To explore the application value of accelerated rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of orthopedic hip surgery patients. METHODS: Eighty patients with hip surgery who were admitted to the Department of Orthopaedics 2018.3-2019.4 were grouped according to random principles. One group performed routine care (Group C) and one group implemented accelerated rehabilitation care (Group F). The two groups were compared for compliance, postoperative ventilation, bed-out, hospital stay, perioperative complication rate, and patient satisfaction. RESULTS: The compliance rate of patients in group F was 95.00% higher than that in group C. The patients in group F had less postoperative ventilation (6.12±2.34) h, get out of bed (9.47±3.38) h, and hospitalization time (11.43±2.14) d. In group C (8.48 ± 2.45) h, (12.45 ± 2.09) h, (15.56 ± 2.45) d, p < 0.05. The perioperative complication rate of group F was 2.50% less than that of group C 15.00%; and the patient satisfaction rate was 97.50% higher than that of group C 85.00%, p<0.05. Conclusion : Accelerated rehabilitation care provides patients with quality, planned, purposeful, and detailed care services that help improve patient compliance, comfort, and satisfaction, reduce perioperative complications, and improve postoperative status. Shorten the length of hospital stay and facilitate postoperative recovery.
