Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on treatment compliance of patients with tumor complicated with deep vein thrombosis

摘要
目的：探讨患有肿瘤的病人合并发生深静脉的血栓，实施全面性的看护措施，是否能提高病人诊疗过程中的依从性。方法：选择2018年6月到2019年7月住院诊疗的60名发生了深静脉血栓的肿瘤病病人，随机将他们分成 A组和 B组，A组的病人给予日常的药物诊疗方法进行看护， B组的病人除了给予日常药物的诊疗，还提供日常饮食，协助活动和心理学的全面干预和护理。最后对比两个组病人入院前后的诊疗依从性变化，以及病人因为并发血栓引起肺栓塞死亡的情况。结果：经过全方位干预后，A组有7名病患因并发PE死亡，死亡率为23.33%。B组病人中仅有1名因并发 PE死亡，死亡率为3.33％，B组病人并发肺栓塞死亡率明显低于A组，具有统计学差异( P＜0.05）；干预后两个组病人的诊疗依从性也明显提升，但B组病人的改变更明显，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对患有肿瘤的病人并发深静脉血栓给予饮食、活动、心理等全方面的综合干预看护，可以有效的减少病人发生不良后果，减少病人的死亡率，提升病人在诊疗过程中的依从性，保障病人的生存质量和生命安全。值得推广。

Abstract
Objective: To investigate whether patients with tumors have thrombosis with deep veins and implement comprehensive nursing measures to improve compliance during the diagnosis and treatment of patients. METHODS: Sixty patients with oncology who developed deep venous thrombosis who were hospitalized from June 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into group A and group B. Patients in group A were given daily medications for care. In addition to the daily medications, patients in Group B also provide daily diet, comprehensive activities and assistance in activities and psychology. Finally, the changes in the compliance of the two groups of patients before and after admission were compared, and the patients died of pulmonary embolism due to concurrent thrombosis. RESULTS: After all-round intervention, 7 patients in group A died of concurrent PE and the mortality rate was 23.33%. Only one of the patients in group B died of concurrent PE, and the mortality rate was 3.33%. The mortality of pulmonary embolism in group B was significantly lower than that in group A (P<0.05). The patients in the two groups after intervention The compliance of the diagnosis and treatment was also significantly improved, but the changes in the B group were more obvious, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion : Comprehensive intervention interventions for patients with tumors complicated with deep vein thrombosis, such as diet, activity, and psychology, can effectively reduce the adverse consequences of patients, reduce the mortality of patients, and improve the patient's compliance during the diagnosis and treatment process. To ensure the patient's quality of life and life safety. Worth promoting.
