摘要
目的：对女性内分泌失调患者护理过程中人性化护理的效果进行研究，以期能够为护理人员开展工作提供些许参考。方法：本次实验择取本院2018年7月-2019年4月期间70例女性内分泌失调患者，通过抽签将患者分为甲乙两组，两者患者人数相同。在实验过程中护理人员对甲组患者实施常规护理，对乙组患者实施人性化护理，统计和记录两组患者生活质量评分、护理满意情况及不良事件出现情况。结果：研究结果显示，相比甲组，乙组患者生活质量评分较高，两组患者之间存在明显差异，具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）；相比甲组，乙组患者护理满意度较高，两者患者之间差异显著，具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）；相比甲组，乙组患者不良事件出现几率较低，两者患者之间差异较大，具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论：在女性内分泌失调患者护理过程中，人性化护理有着较好的效果，能够在一定程度上促进患者生活质量评分及护理满意度的提高，减少不良事件的出现，具有一定的现实意义。

Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of humanized nursing during the nursing process of female patients with endocrine disorders in order to provide some reference for the nursing staff to carry out their work. Methods: In this experiment, 70 female endocrine disorders patients in our hospital from July 2018 to April 2019 were selected, and the patients were divided into two groups, the same number of patients. During the experiment, the nursing staff carried out routine nursing care for patients in group A and humanized nursing care for patients in group B. Statistics and records of the quality of life scores, satisfaction of nursing care, and occurrence of adverse events were recorded in both groups[15-17]. Results: The results of the study showed that compared with group A, patients in group B had higher quality of life scores, and there were significant differences between the two groups of patients, with statistical significance (p <0.05). Compared with group A, patients in group B had nursing satisfaction Higher, the difference between the two patients was significant and statistically significant (p <0.05); compared with group A, the incidence of adverse events was lower in group B patients, and the difference between the two patients was larger and statistically significant ( p <0.05)[18-19]. Conclusion : In the process of nursing women with endocrine disorders, humanized nursing has a good effect, which can promote the improvement of patients' quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction to a certain extent, and reduce the occurrence of adverse events, which has certain practical significance[20-22].
