摘要
目的:对健康教育在消化内科护理中的应用效果进行研究,以期能够为护理人员开展工作提供些许参考。方法:本次实验选取2018年7月-2019年7月期间本院消化内科患者60例,通过抽签将患者分为甲组及乙组,两组患者人数相同。护理人员在本次实验中对甲组患者实施常规护理,对乙组患者实施常规护理联合健康教育,统计和记录两组患者护理满意情况、生活质量评分及不良事件出现情况。结果:研究结果显示,相比甲组,乙组患者护理满意度较高,两组患者之间存在明显差异,具有统计学意义(p<0.05);相比甲组,乙组患者生活质量评分较高,两组患者之间差异显著,具有统计学意义(p<0.05);相比甲组,乙组患者不良事件出现几率较低,两组之间差异较大,具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:健康教育在消化内科护理中效果显著,能够在一定程度上促进患者护理满意度的提升,提高患者生活质量评分,减少不良事件的出现,具有一定的现实意义。

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of the application of health education in nursing of digestive medicine, in order to provide some reference for nursing staff to carry out their work. Methods: In this experiment, 60 patients with gastroenterology in our hospital were selected from July 2018 to July 2019. The patients were divided into group A and group B by lot drawing. The number of patients in both groups was the same. In this experiment, the nursing staff performed routine nursing care for patients in group A, and implemented conventional nursing combined with health education for patients in group B. Statistics and recorded the satisfaction of the two groups of patients, quality of life scores, and occurrence of adverse events. Results: The results of the study showed that compared with group A, the satisfaction of patients in group B was higher, and there was a significant difference between the two groups of patients, which was statistically significant (p <0.05). Compared with group A, patients in group B had a quality of life score Higher, the differences between the two groups of patients were significant and statistically significant (p <0.05); compared with group A, the incidence of adverse events was lower in group B, and the differences between the two groups were larger, statistically significant (p <0.05). CONCLUSION: Health education has significant effects in the nursing of gastroenterology. It can promote the improvement of patient's nursing satisfaction to a certain extent, improve the quality of life score of patients, and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
