摘要
目的：对于恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间的生活质量状况进行分析评估。方法：选择EORTC QLQ - C30 V3 .0 中文版 对于2019年1月到2019年8月的80例肿瘤化疗期患者进行生活质量的评估测定。结果：恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间的生活质量发生了明显的降低，患者普遍存在者疲惫和疼痛、失眠以及呼吸困难等症状。并且恶性肿瘤患者在化疗期间，其中的躯体功能、情绪状态、角色功能、认知功能等处于良好状态，但是部分患者的总体健康状态和社会功能出现了严重的受损。结论：经济困难、疲乏、恶心呕吐、疼痛、食欲减退和失眠是患者面临较普遍的问题，并且患者的总体健康状况以及社会功能发生了不同程度的受损，并且恶性肿瘤患者的普遍存在着疲乏和疼痛的症状。

Abstract
Objective: To analyze and evaluate the quality of life of patients with malignant tumors during chemotherapy. Methods: EORTC QLQ-C30 V3 .0 Chinese version was selected. Eighty patients with cancer chemotherapy from January 2019 to August 2019 were evaluated for quality of life. Results: The quality of life of patients with malignant tumors decreased significantly during chemotherapy. Patients with symptoms such as fatigue and pain, insomnia, and dyspnea were common. In addition, during chemotherapy, the physical function, emotional state, role function, and cognitive function of patients with malignant tumors are in good condition, but the general health and social functions of some patients have been seriously impaired. Conclusion : Financial difficulties, fatigue, nausea and vomiting, pain, loss of appetite, and insomnia are more common problems faced by patients, and patients' general health and social functions have been impaired to varying degrees, and patients with malignant tumors generally have fatigue And pain symptoms.
