摘要
目的：探讨人性化护理在内分泌科护理中的应用效果。方法：本次研究以我院内分泌科接受治疗的52例患者为主，收治时间为2018年5月-2019年8月，将其分为两组，采用常规护理、人性化护理两种干预手段，分别作用于对照组和观察组。结果：观察组护理满意度评分、舒适度评分均在90%分以上，对应数值明显高于对照组，组间差值具有可比性（P<0.05）。在对观察组患者护理期间，共1名患者出现并发症状，发生率为3.85%，与常规护理的对照组（19.23%）相比较，组间差值具有可比性（P<0.05）。结论：实施人性化护理，开展心理疏导、环境护理等工作，患者对护理服务的满意度提升，护理质量得到了可靠的保障，在临床护理中具有较高的使用价值。

Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of humanized nursing in endocrinology nursing. Methods: This study focused on 52 patients treated by our endocrinology department. The treatment time was from May 2018 to August 2019. They were divided into two groups, using two intervention methods: conventional nursing and humanized nursing. , Respectively, in the control group and the observation group. Results: The nursing satisfaction score and comfort score of the observation group were above 90%, and the corresponding values were significantly higher than those of the control group. The difference between the groups was comparable (P <0.05). During the nursing of patients in the observation group, a total of 1 patient developed complications, with an incidence rate of 3.85%. Compared with the conventional nursing control group (19.23%), the difference between groups was comparable (P <0.05). Conclusion : The implementation of humanized nursing, psychological counseling, and environmental nursing work has increased patient satisfaction with nursing services, and the quality of nursing care has been reliably guaranteed. It has a high value in clinical care.
