摘要
目的：探究在内分泌护理过程中使用持续质量改进的应用效果。方法:将我院内分泌科于2018年9月至2019年10月所收治的60例患者作为本次实验的研究对象，按照数字随机法将患者分为参照组和研究组，每组30例患者，其中参照组使用常规护理方法，研究组在常规护理方法的基础上增加持续质量改进，并于护理后对比两种不同护理模式下的护理质量评分及满意度评分。结果：使用持续质量改进的研究组，护理质量评分为（93.14±2.67）分，满意度评分（94.63±3.58）分；而应用常规护理方法的参照组，护理质量评分、满意度评分分别为（84.63±1.47）分、（82.66±2.74）分。两组数据间有显著统计学意义，具备可比性，（P＜0.05）。结论:将护理持续质量改进措施应用于内分泌疾病患者的护理中，可有效提高护理针对性，对提高护理质量及患者满意度有积极作用。

Abstract
Objective: To explore the application effects of continuous quality improvement during endocrine care. Methods: Sixty patients treated by our endocrinology department from September 2018 to October 2019 were taken as the research object of this experiment. The patients were divided into a reference group and a study group according to the digital random method. Among them, the reference group used conventional nursing methods, and the research group added continuous quality improvement based on conventional nursing methods, and compared the nursing quality score and satisfaction score under two different nursing modes after nursing. Results: Using the continuous quality improvement study group, the nursing quality score was (93.14 ± 2.67) points and the satisfaction score was (94.63 ± 3.58) points; while the reference group using conventional nursing methods, the nursing quality score and satisfaction score were ( 84.63 ± 1.47) minutes, (82.66 ± 2.74) minutes. There was significant statistical significance between the two groups of data, with comparability (P <0.05). Conclusion : Applying continuous quality improvement measures to the nursing of patients with endocrine diseases can effectively improve the specificity of nursing and have a positive effect on improving the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction.
