摘要
目的：探究对象妇科急腹症患者的临床护理措施。方法:本次对照实验中共选取了85例研究对象，为我院于2019年1月至8月收治，均为妇科急腹症患者。患者均符合入组标准，并对患者实施有针对性的急救护理，于术后检验患者的并发症发生情况及住院指标。结果：本次实验中，所有患者均抢救有效，有效率为（100%），对61例患者实施了急诊手术治疗，出现1例切口感染、1例尿潴留、2例疼痛，并发症发生率（4.71%）。结论:对于需要接受紧急治疗的妇科急腹症患者，护理人员应保持严谨的工作态度及针对性的护理措施，尽快帮助患者缓解病症。

Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical nursing measures of patients with gynecological acute abdomen. Methods: A total of 85 study subjects were selected in this controlled experiment. They were treated in our hospital from January to August 2019, and all were gynecological acute abdomen patients. Patients met the inclusion criteria, and targeted emergency care was performed on the patients. Complications and hospitalization indicators of the patients were examined after the operation. Results: In this experiment, all patients were effective in rescue, and the effective rate was (100%). Emergency surgery was performed on 61 patients, 1 case of incision infection, 1 case of urinary retention, and 2 cases of pain. (4.71%). Conclusion : For gynecological acute abdomen patients who need urgent treatment, the nursing staff should maintain rigorous work attitude and targeted nursing measures to help patients ease the symptoms as soon as possible.
