摘要
目的： 分析在消化内科接受治疗的老年患者在护理中存在的安全隐患，探讨有效的解决措施。方法 选取本院收治的80例在消化内科接受治疗的老年患者开展本次试验研究，时间为2017年5月到2019年5月。将所有患者通过数字表法进行平均分组，分别为观察组40例和对照组40例。然后，分析：在消化内科护理中存在的安全隐患，然后制定有针对性的改良护理措施。对观察组患者实施改良护理措施，对对照组患者仍然采用传统的常规护理。比较两组患者的不良事件发生率、自我保护意识评分、病情稳定情况评分以及治疗依从性评分。结果：观察组患者的不良事件发生率明显低于对照组患者，（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的自我保护意识评分、病情稳定情况评分以及治疗依从性评分均明显高于对照组患者，（P＜0.05）。结论： 根据本次研究的结果可以确认，通过分析在消化内科护理中存在的安全隐患，然后制定有针对性的改良护理措施，能够切实的避免患者出现不良事件，提高患者的自我保护意识，促使患者积极的配合治疗，从而使患者能够更好的接受治疗。

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the potential safety hazards in nursing care of elderly patients receiving treatment in gastroenterology, and to explore effective solutions. Methods: A total of 80 elderly patients who were treated in the Department of Gastroenterology were treated in this hospital. All patients were averagely grouped by the digital table method, which were 40 cases in the observation group and 40 cases in the control group. Then, analyze the hidden safety hazards in the digestive medicine nursing, and then develop targeted and improved nursing measures. Patients in the observation group were given improved nursing measures, while patients in the control group were still treated with traditional routine care. The incidence of adverse events, self-protection awareness score, stable condition score, and treatment compliance score were compared between the two groups of patients. Results: The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The self-protection awareness score, stable condition score, and treatment compliance score were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group. (P <0.05). Conclusion : Based on the results of this study, it can be confirmed that by analyzing the hidden safety hazards in digestive medicine nursing, and then formulating targeted and improved nursing measures, it can effectively avoid adverse events in patients, improve their self-protection awareness, and promote patients Actively cooperate with treatment, so that patients can better receive treatment.
