摘要
目的: 探讨在甲状腺乳腺外科临床护理教学中目标教学的应用效果。方法: 本次研究以我院36例甲状腺乳腺外科临床护理实习生为主,时间为2018年10月-2019年4月,在目标教学方式下,对教学目标进行规划、实施并评价,完成甲状腺乳腺外科护理实习生的带教工作,将其作为观察组。回顾以往实习生的带教资料,同样选取36名护理实习生,将其作为对照组,时间为2018年3月-2018年9月,以传统的带教模式为主。结果: 教学任务结束后,对两组护生基础理论知识和护理技能进行考核,对照组为(82.34±4.25)分、(80.24±4.65)分,与观察组(92.45±4.58)分、(94.26±4.12)分,组间差值具有可比性(P<0.05)。结论: 与常规护生带教模式相比较,采用目标教学法,整个教学环节更具规范化和系统化,教学目标更加明确,在学习过程中,护生能够掌握到更多的护理知识与技能,为后期各项护理工作的高质量实施奠定了良好的基础。

Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of target teaching in clinical nursing teaching of thyroid and breast surgery. Methods: This study focused on 36 clinical internships of thyroid and breast surgery in our hospital from October 2018 to April 2019. Under the target teaching method, the teaching goals were planned, implemented and evaluated to complete the thyroid, the teaching work of nursing internship in breast surgery as an observation group. Reviewing the teaching materials of previous interns, 36 nursing interns were also selected as the control group. The period of time was from March 2018 to September 2018, mainly based on the traditional teaching mode. Results: After the teaching task was completed, the basic theoretical knowledge and nursing skills of the two groups were evaluated. The control group was (82.34 ± 4.25) points, (80.24 ± 4.65) points, and the observation group (92.45 ± 4.58) points, (94.26 ± 4.12) points, the difference between the groups was comparable (P <0.05). Conclusion : Compared with the conventional nursing student teaching mode, the goal teaching method is adopted, the whole teaching link is more standardized and systematic, and the teaching goals are more clear. During the learning process, nursing students can master more nursing knowledge and skills. It laid a good foundation for the high-quality implementation of various nursing work in the later period.
