Research on the effect of applying all-round care in the nursing work of pediatric intensive care unit
在儿科重症监护室护理工作中应用全方位关怀式护理的效果研究

摘要

目的：探析全方位关怀式护理在儿科重症监护室护理工作中的应用效果。方法：本次研究对象选取于我院2019年1月~2020年1月儿科重症监护室收治室患儿，共计60例。根据护理方法的不同将患者分为两组，其中接受常规护理的30例患儿分到对照组，接受常规护理＋全方位关怀护理的分到观察组。两组患儿接受不同护理后，对患儿的临床状况进行详细的分析，并记录相关数据，同时比较两组患儿家属对护理的满意度及治疗的成功率。结果：经过对患儿采用不同方式护理的对照分析发现，使用常规护理＋全方位关怀护理的观察组，患儿的治疗成功率明显优于常规护理的对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；另外，观察组患儿家属对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组，相比之下同样存在明显区别和统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：将全方位关怀式护理应用到儿科重症监护室护理工作中，不仅能够促进患儿家属对护理工作的满意度，还能够有效的提高护理质量，对患儿治疗效果的提升有着积极作用，该护理方法有推广和应用价值。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the effect of comprehensive care in nursing work in pediatric intensive care unit.
Methods: The study subjects were selected from our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 in the pediatric intensive care unit, a total of 60 children. Patients were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods. Among them, 30 patients who received conventional care were assigned to the control group, and those who received conventional care + comprehensive care were assigned to the observation group. After the two groups of children received different care, the clinical status of the children was analyzed in detail, and related data were recorded. At the same time, the family satisfaction of the two groups of children and the success rate of treatment were compared.
Results: After a controlled analysis of children with different forms of nursing care, it was found that the observation group using conventional care + comprehensive care, the treatment success rate of the children was significantly better than that of the conventional care control group, with statistical significance(P <0.05). In addition, the family members of the children in the observation group were significantly more satisfied with the nursing work than the control group. In contrast, there were also significant differences and statistical significance (P <0.05).
Conclusion  : Applying all-round care to the nursing work of pediatric intensive care unit can not only promote the satisfaction of children's families to the nursing work, but also effectively improve the quality of care, and has a positive effect on the improvement of the treatment effect of children. The nursing method has promotion and application value.
