拓宽消化内科患者营养知识新视野及护理体会

摘要

目的:探究拓宽消化内科患者营养知识新视野的方式及采取相关护理措施的护理体会。方法: 随机抽取88例于消化内科接受治疗的患者将其纳入实验研究范围,其均于2017年11月~2019年11月入我院接受诊治,应用等量数字随机的方式分组,分别采用消化内科患者营养知识新视野(实验组,n=44)与常规护理方式(对照组,n=44)进行干预,分析护理效果。结果:实验组患者的营养知识知晓程度、依从性评分均显著高于对照组,实验组患者的满意程度显著高于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:对消化内科患者应用营养知识新视野方式进行护理干预,有利于提升患者自我管理能力,增加患者满意度。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the ways to broaden the new horizons of nutrition knowledge of patients with digestive medicine and the nursing experience of taking relevant nursing measures.
Methods: A total of 88 patients who were treated in the Department of Gastroenterology were randomly selected and included in the scope of experimental research. They were admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to November 2019 for diagnosis and treatment. They were grouped in equal numbers and randomized. Patients with new perspectives on nutrition knowledge (experimental group, n = 44) and conventional nursing methods (control group, n = 44) were intervened to analyze the effect of nursing.
Results: The knowledge level and compliance score of the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the degree of satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group.
Conclusion  : Nursing interventions using new perspectives of nutrition knowledge in patients with gastroenterology are beneficial to improve the self-management ability of patients and increase patient satisfaction.
