Nursing of radiofrequency ablation for varicose veins
射频消融术治疗静脉曲张的护理

摘要

目的：探析在使用射频消融术治疗静脉曲张中的护理。方法：本研究选取我院收治的静脉曲张患者作为主要研究对象，于2018年12月~2019年12月共计选取60例。使用双盲选法将其中30例患者分到对照组，另外30例分到观察组，两组采用不同的方法进行护理，对照组实施常规护理措施，观察组则采用针对性的护理方法。两组患者接受不同方法护理后，对患者的临床状况进行详细的观察和分析，并记录相关内容，同时比较两组的满意度和并发症发生情况。结果：通过观察和分析得知，观察组患者的满意度明显高于对照组，差异显著有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；另外，观察组患者中未发现患者发生并发症情况，对照组患者并发症发生率为20.0%（6/30），两组相比观察组明显低于对照组，同样存在显著差异，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：本研究表明，在使用射频消融术治疗静脉曲张的过程中，做好针对性的护理工作，不仅能够缩短手术时间，促进手术成功率的提高，还能够有效的提高治疗效果，对并发症发生率的减少有着积极作用。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the nursing of varicose veins using radiofrequency ablation.
Methods: In this study, varicose vein patients treated in our hospital were selected as the main research object. A total of 60 patients were selected from December 2018 to December 2019. Using the double-blind selection method, 30 patients were assigned to the control group and the other 30 were assigned to the observation group. The two groups adopted different methods of nursing, the control group implemented conventional nursing measures, and the observation group adopted the desired nursing method. After the two groups of patients received different methods of nursing, the patients' clinical conditions were observed and analyzed in detail, and the relevant content was recorded. At the same time, the satisfaction and complications of the two groups were compared.
Results: Observation and analysis showed that the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). In addition, no complications occurred in the patients in the observation group. The complication rate was 20.0% (6/30). Compared with the observation group, the two groups were significantly lower than the control group. There was also a significant difference (P <0.05).
Conclusion  : This study shows that in the process of using radiofrequency ablation to treat varicose veins, targeted nursing work can not only shorten the operation time and promote the success rate of surgery, but also effectively improve the treatment effect and reduce complications. The reduction in incidence has had a positive effect.
