摘要
目的：综合探究循证护理在主动脉夹层介入治疗患者护理中的临床应用效果。方法：随机抽取我院2019年4月~2020年2月收治的70例主动脉夹层介入治疗患者作为研究主体，利用数字奇偶性将其具体分为35例观察组与35例对照组。观察组给予循证护理，而对照组采用常规护理措施，对比两组患者的护理满意度、健康知识达标率以及术后不良反应发生率等等。结果：实施相应护理措施前，观察组与对照组比较差异较小，并无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；实施相应护理措施后，观察组与对照组比较差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：通过实验证明，循证护理对主动脉夹层介入治疗患者具有较好积极作用，能够帮助患者有效加快康复进程，同时科室的整体护理服务质量得到了明显提升，从而提高了患者及其家属对护理服务工作的满意程度，因此值得临床推广。

Abstract
Objective: To comprehensively explore the clinical application of evidence-based nursing in the care of patients undergoing aortic dissection intervention. Methods: A total of 70 patients with aortic dissection who were treated in our hospital from April 2019 to February 2020 were randomly selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into 35 observation groups and 35 control groups using digital parity. The observation group was given evidence-based nursing, while the control group was given conventional nursing measures, and the nursing satisfaction, the rate of health knowledge compliance, and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: Before the implementation of corresponding nursing measures, the difference between the observation group and the control group was small and not statistically significant (P> 0.05); after the implementation of the corresponding nursing measures, the observation group and the control group were significantly different and had statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion : It has been proved through experiments that evidence-based nursing has a positive effect on patients undergoing aortic dissection intervention, which can help patients effectively speed up the rehabilitation process. At the same time, the quality of the department's overall nursing service has been significantly improved, which has improved the satisfaction level of patients and their families about the service work, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
