重症药疹皮肤护理中复方紫草油的应用

摘要

目的：探析复方紫草油在重症药疹皮肤护理中的应用及效果。方法：本次研究对象选取于我院收治的重症药疹患者，共计90例，选取时间为2018年12月~2019年12月。采用随机数字表法将其中45例患者分到对照组，另外45例分到观察组。将常规护理方法应用到对照组患者的护理工作中，观察组患者的护理工作中使用复方紫草油。两组患者接受不同方法护理后，对其临床状况进行全面观察和分析，并详细记录相关数据，同时比较两组患者的渗液减少时间、停止时间、结痂时间和脱结痂时间以及临床护理效果。结果：经过对所有患者临床状况的观察可知，观察组无论是减少时间、停止时间，还是结痂时间和脱结痂时间，与对照组相比均有明显优势，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），另外，观察组和对照组之间治疗效果相比，对照组明显低于观察组，存在的差异较为显著，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：本次研究表明，在重症药疹皮肤护理中，使用复方紫草油能够有效的改善患者的临床状况，对治疗效果的提升有着积极作用，并且为临床护理工作质量的提升奠定了良好的基础。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the application and effect of compound comfrey oil in skin care for severe drug eruption.
Methods: The subjects of this study were 90 patients with severe drug eruption who were treated in our hospital. The selection period was from December 2018 to December 2019. Random number table method was used to assign 45 patients to the control group and 45 patients to the observation group. The routine nursing method was applied to the nursing work of the patients in the control group, and the compound comfrey oil was used in the nursing work of the patients in the observation group. After the two groups of patients received different methods of nursing, their clinical conditions were comprehensively observed and analyzed, and the relevant data were recorded in detail. At the same time, the two groups of patients were compared for the reduction of exudate time, stop time, crusting time and off-crusting time, and clinical nursing effect.
Results: After observing the clinical status of all patients, it can be seen that the observation group has a significant advantage compared with the control group, whether it is reducing time, stopping time, or crusting time and off-crusting time. The difference is statistically significant (P < 0.05). In addition, the treatment effect between the observation group and the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group, and the difference was significant (P <0.05).
Conclusion  : This study shows that in the treatment of severe drug eruption skin, the use of compound comfrey oil can effectively improve the clinical condition of patients, and has a positive effect on the improvement of the treatment effect, and has laid a good foundation for the improvement of the quality of clinical nursing work.
