循证护理在泌尿外科护理管理中的应用

摘要
目的：对泌尿外科护理管理中循证护理的应用效果进行研究，以期能够为泌尿外科护理人员开展工作提供些许参考。方法：本次实验抽取本院2019年1月~2019年12月期间泌尿外科患者共计82例，通过抽签将所选患者分为甲组及乙组，两组患者人数一致，每组41例。实验过程中，护理人员对甲组患者实施常规护理，对乙组患者实施循证护理，统计和记录两组患者护理满意情况、护理质量评分及感染情况。结果：研究结果显示，相比甲组患者，乙组患者护理满意度较高，两组患者之间差异较为突出，存在统计学意义（p＜0.05）；相比甲组，乙组护理质量评分较高，两组之间差异较差，存在统计学意义（p＜0.05）；相比甲组患者，乙组患者感染几率较低，两组患者之间差异较为突出，存在统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论：在泌尿外科护理管理中循证护理有着较好的效果，其能够在一定程度上促进患者护理满意度的提升，提高护理质量评分，减少患者感染情况的出现，具有一定的现实意义。

Abstract
Objective: To study the application effect of evidence-based nursing in nursing management of urology, in order to provide some reference for the work of urological nursing staff. Methods: In this experiment, a total of 82 urological patients were selected from January 2019 to December 2019 in our hospital. The selected patients were divided into group A and group B by lottery. The number of patients in the two groups was the same, with 41 patients in each group. During the experiment, the nursing staff carried out routine nursing care for patients in group A and evidence-based nursing care for patients in group B. Statistics and records of the nursing satisfaction, quality of care scores and infection of the patients in both groups were collected and recorded. Results: The results of the study showed that compared with patients in group A, the satisfaction of patients in group B was higher, and the differences between the two groups were more prominent, with statistical significance (p <0.05). Compared with group A, the score of the quality of care in group B was higher,the difference between the two groups was worse, there was statistical significance (p <0.05); compared with patients in group A, the probability of infection in group B was lower, the difference between the two groups was more prominent, there was statistical significance (p <0.05). Conclusion : Evidence-based nursing has a good effect in the nursing management of urology. It can promote the improvement of patient's nursing satisfaction to a certain extent, improve the nursing quality score, and reduce the occurrence of patient infection. It has certain practical significance.
