Application of high-quality nursing in nursing management of gastroenterology
优质护理在消化内科护理管理中的应用研究

摘要

目的：分析在消化内科护理管理中应用优质护理的临床效果。方法：本次对照实验中，于我院消化内科选取58例存在消化系统类疾病的患者作为研究对象，据调查均符合入组标准，并在入组后按照护理方式的不同将其随机分配为参照组和研究组，每组29例患者，其中参照组使用常规护理，研究组在常规护理方式的基础上增加优质护理，对比两组患者护理满意度、心理状态评分。结果：使用优质护理的研究组，其满意度明显高于使用常规护理方式的参照组，数据间差异显著，有统计学意义，（P＜0.05）。其次，在护理前，两组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分无较大差异，（P＞0.05），在护理后，研究组患者焦虑、抑郁评分分别为（36.16±3.62）分、（37.85±2.54）分，而参照组患者分别为（49.63±4.77）分、（51.46±4.23）分，明显高于参照组，（P＜0.05）。结论：于消化内科护理管理中使用优质护理有极高的应用价值，可在提高护理质量的同时改善患者心理状态。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of applying high-quality nursing in nursing management of digestive medicine.
Methods: In this controlled experiment, 58 patients with digestive diseases were selected as the research subjects in the Department of Gastroenterology of our hospital. According to the survey, they met the criteria for enrollment. After enrollment, they were randomly assigned as reference group and research group, each group of 29 patients, of which the reference group used conventional nursing, the research group added high-quality nursing on the basis of conventional nursing methods, and compared the two groups of patients with nursing satisfaction and mental state scores.
Results: The satisfaction of the study group using high-quality care was significantly higher than that of the reference group using conventional care methods. The difference between the data was significant and statistically significant (P <0.05). Second, there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups of patients before nursing (P> 0.05). After nursing, the anxiety and depression scores of patients in the study group were (36.16 ± 3.62) points and (37.85 ± 2.54) points, respectively. The scores in the reference group were (49.63 ± 4.77) and (51.46 ± 4.23), which were significantly higher than those in the reference group (P <0.05).
Conclusion  : The use of high-quality care in the management of gastroenterological care has extremely high application value, which can improve the quality of care and improve the psychological state of patients.
