摘要
目的：综合探析唇腭裂患儿术前访视及术中护理、配合方法与技巧，为唇腭裂患儿的手术安全创造有利条件。方法：随机抽取我院2019年1月~2019年12月收治的60例唇腭裂患儿作为研究主体，回顾性分析60例患儿的术前访视、术前器械准备、术中巡回配合的方法与技巧。结果：通过实验得出，60例唇腭裂患儿均安全度过围术期，同时并未发生明显并发症。结论：研究表明，充分的术前访视、术中巡回观察以及护理人员的娴熟技巧是保证手术成功的关键因素，因此，儿科在进行唇腭裂整复手术的过程中必须重视术前访视、术中巡回观察以及着重加强护理人员的临床计数操作，为唇腭裂患儿的手术安全提供强而有力的基础保障。

Abstract
Objective: To comprehensively analyze the preoperative visits and intraoperative nursing, cooperation methods and skills of children with cleft lip and palate, and to create favorable conditions for the safety of children with cleft lip and palate. Methods: A total of 60 children with cleft lip and palate treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly selected as the research subjects. With the methods and techniques of preoperative visits, preoperative equipment preparation, and intraoperative intraoperative visits, 60 children were retrospectively analyzed. Results: It was found through experiments that 60 children with cleft lip and palate all survived the perioperative period without any significant complications. Conclusion : Research shows that sufficient preoperative visits, intraoperative observations, and skilled nursing staff are the key factors to ensure the success of the operation. Therefore, pediatrics must pay attention to preoperative visits, Intraoperative observation and emphasis on strengthening the clinical counting operation of nursing staff provide a strong and basic guarantee for the surgical safety of children with cleft lip and palate.
