分组护理制度在消化内科护理中的应用效果

摘要

目的：探析在消化内科护理工作中分组护理制度的应用及效果。方法：从我院消化内科收治的患者中，选取其中90例作为本次主要研究对象，选取时间为2018年12月~2019年12月。使用随机分组的方法将所有患者分到对照组和观察组，每组45例。给予对照组常规护理方法，观察组则在常规护理的基础上实施分组护理制度。两组患者接受不同方法护理后，对患者的临床状况进行详细的观察和分析，并记录相关数据，同时比较两组患者的护理满意度和护理整体的护理质量。结果：对两组患者实施护理后，通过分析得知，观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组，两组相比存在显著差异，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；另外，观察组的护理质量优于对照组，相比之下同样存在明显区别，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：本研究表明，在消化内科护理工作中实施分组护理制度，能够有效的提高消化内科整体的护理效果，对护理人员工作效率和质量的提高有着积极作用，临床应用和推广价值较高。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the application and effect of group nursing system in nursing work of gastroenterology.
Methods: From the patients admitted to our department of Gastroenterology, 90 cases were selected as the main research object, and the selection period was from December 2018 to December 2019. All patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 45 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing methods, and the observation group was given a group nursing system based on conventional nursing. After the two groups of patients received different methods of nursing, the patients' clinical conditions were observed and analyzed in detail, and the relevant data were recorded. At the same time, the nursing satisfaction and the overall nursing quality of the two groups of patients were compared.
Results: After the nursing of the two groups of patients, the analysis showed that the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups, which was statistically significant (P <0.05); The quality is better than that of the control group, and there are also obvious differences in comparison, and the difference is statistically significant (P <0.05).
Conclusion  : This study shows that the implementation of the group nursing system in the nursing work of gastroenterology can effectively improve the overall nursing effect of gastroenterology, and has a positive effect on the improvement of the work efficiency and quality of nursing staff, it also has high clinical application and promotion value.
