Analysis and nursing of related factors of postherpetic neuralgia
带状疱疹后遗神经痛相关因素的分析及护理

摘要

目的：研究带状疱疹后遗神经痛相关因素与临床护理方法。方法：选取我院2019年2月~2019年8月期间收治的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者作为此次研究对象，共计108例。需要研究人员将该108例患者按照摸球法分为对照组（54例）与观察组（54例），对照组带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者运用常规护理方法，而观察组带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者需要对相关因素进行分析，采用全面护理干预。研究期间需要护理人员做好记录工作，对比两组患者护理满意度、生活质量、焦虑程度以及疼痛程度等。结果：观察组带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者采用全面护理干预后生活质量评分为（55.96±3.41）分，而对照组带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者运用常规护理方式生活质量评分为（41.36±2.69）分，数据对比存在差异，具有实际统计意义（P＜0.05）。此外，观察组带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者疼痛程度评分（5.24±2.65）分，相较于对照组患者疼痛程度评分低（8.79±1.58）分，组间差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对带状疱疹后遗神经痛相关因素进行分析，采用全面护理干预可以有效提升患者满意度、生活质量，缓解其焦虑、疼痛程度，具有较高的临床推广价值。

Abstract

Objective: To study the related factors and clinical nursing methods of postherpetic neuralgia.
Methods: A total of 108 patients with herpes zoster neuralgia treated in our hospital from February 2019 to August 2019 were selected. Researchers are required to divide the 108 patients into a control group (54 cases) and an observation group (54 cases) according to the touch method. The control group patients with postherpetic neuralgia use conventional nursing methods, and the observation group Patients with residual neuralgia need to analyze related factors and adopt comprehensive nursing intervention. Nursing staff is needed to keep records during the study period, and compared the two groups of patients with nursing satisfaction, quality of life, anxiety, and pain.
Results: Patients with herpes zoster neuralgia in the observation group after using comprehensive nursing intervention had a quality of life score of (55.96 ± 3.41) points, while patients in the control group had herpes zoster neuralgia with conventional care methods having a quality of life score of (41.36 ± 2.69) points, there is a difference in data comparison, which has practical statistical significance (P <0.05). In addition, the pain score of patients with herpes zoster neuralgia in the observation group was (5.24 ± 2.65) points. Compared with the control group, the pain score was lower (8.79 ± 1.58) points. The difference between the groups was statistically significant (P). <0.05).
Conclusion  : Analysis of the related factors of postherpetic neuralgia and the use of comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve patient satisfaction, quality of life, relieve their anxiety and pain, and have high clinical promotion value.
