优质护理模式在心血管内科护理工作中的应用分析

摘要
目的：对心血管内科护理工作中优质护理模式的应用效果进行研究，以期能够为心血管内科护理人员开展工作提供些许帮助。方法：本次实验抽取本院2019年1月~2019年12月期间就诊的心血管内科患者共计78例，通过抽签将所选患者分为甲组及乙组，两组患者人数相同。在实验过程中，护理人员对甲组患者进行常规护理，对乙组患者进行优质护理，统计和分析两组患者住院时间、生活质量评分及护理满意情况。结果：研究结果显示，相比甲组患者，乙组患者住院时间较短，两组患者之间差异较为突出，存在统计学意义（p＜0.05）；相比甲组患者，乙组患者生活质量评分较高，两组患者之间差异较为突出，存在统计学意义（p＜0.05）；相比甲组患者，乙组患者护理满意度较高，两组患者之间差异较为突出，存在统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论：在心血管内科护理工作中优质护理模式有着较好的效果，其能够在一定程度上缩短患者住院时间，促进患者生活质量评分及护理满意度的提升，具有一定的现实意义。

Abstract
Objective: To study the application effect of high-quality nursing mode in the nursing work of cardiovascular medicine, in order to provide some help for the nursing staff of cardiovascular medicine. Methods: A total of 78 cardiovascular medical patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected in this experiment. The selected patients were divided into group A and group B by lot drawing, and the number of patients in the two groups was the same. In the course of the experiment, the nursing staff performed routine nursing care for the patients in group A and high-quality nursing care for patients in group B. Statistics and analysis of the hospitalization time, quality of life scores, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were performed. Results: The results of the study showed that compared with patients in group A, patients in group B had shorter hospital stays, and the differences between the two groups were more prominent with statistical significance (p <0.05). Compared with patients in group A, the score of patients’life quality in group B is higher, and the difference between the two groups is more prominent, which is statistically significant (p <0.05). Compared with the group A patients, the patient satisfaction of the group B is higher, and the difference between the two groups is more prominent, and there is statistical significance and significant (p <0.05). Conclusion : The high-quality nursing model has a good effect in the nursing work of cardiovascular medicine. It can shorten the length of hospitalization of patients to a certain extent, promote the improvement of patients' quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction, which has certain practical significance.
