摘要
目的：对急诊护理风险的识别及防范进行研究，以期能够为护理人员开展后续工作提供一些帮助。方法：本次实验抽取本院2019年1月~2019年12月期间就诊的66例急诊科患者，通过抽签的方式将所选患者分为甲乙两组，两组患者人数相同。在实验过程中，护理人员对甲组进行常规护理，在充分分析相关影响因素的基础上对乙组患者进行风险防范护理，统计和记录两组患者护理满意情况及护理风险出现情况。结果：研究结果显示，急诊护理风险会受到患者、护理人员及医院等因素的影响；相比甲组患者，乙组患者护理满意度较高，两组患者之间差异较为突出，存在统计学意义（p＜0.05）；相比甲组，乙组护理风险出现几率较低，两组患者之间差异较为突出，存在统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论：对导致急诊护理风险的因素进行分析，并采取风险防范护理能够在一定程度上促进患者满意度的提升，避免急诊护理风险的出现，具有一定的现实意义。

Abstract
Objective: To study the identification and prevention of emergency nursing risks, in order to provide some help for the follow-up work of nursing staff. Methods: In this experiment, 66 patients from the emergency department who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected. The selected patients were divided into two groups, the same number of patients. In the course of the experiment, the nursing staff performed routine nursing care for group A, and performed risk prevention care for patients in group B on the basis of fully analyzing the relevant influencing factors, and statistics and recorded the nursing satisfaction and the occurrence of nursing risks in the two groups. Results: The results of the study show that the risk of emergency care is affected by factors such as patients, caregivers, and hospitals. Compared with patients in group A, patients in group B have higher satisfaction with care, and the differences between the two groups are more prominent and statistically significant (P <0.05); Compared with group A, the risk of nursing risk was lower in group B, and the difference between the two groups was more prominent, which was statistically significant (p <0.05). Conclusion : It is of practical significance to analyze the factors leading to the risk of emergency nursing and adopt risk prevention nursing to promote patient satisfaction to a certain extent and avoid the emergence of emergency nursing risk.
