摘要
目的:对心内科优质护理服务中人性化护理的应用效果进行研究,以期能够为心内科护理人员开展后续工作提供些许参考。方法:本次实验抽取本院2019年1月~2019年12月期间就诊的94例心内科患者,通过抽签将所选患者分为甲乙两组,两组患者人数一致,均为47人。在实验过程中,护理人员对甲组患者实施常规护理,对乙组患者实施人性化护理,统计和记录两组患者顺应性、住院时长及护理满意情况。结果:研究结果显示,相比甲组患者,乙组患者顺应性较高,两组患者之间差异较为突出,存在统计学意义(p<0.05);相比甲组患者,乙组患者住院时长较短,两组患者之间差异较为突出,存在统计学意义(p<0.05);相比甲组患者,乙组患者护理满意度较高,两组患者之间差异较为突出,存在统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:在心内科优质护理服务中人性化护理有着较好的效果,其能够在一定程度上提高患者的顺应性,缩短患者住院时长,促进患者护理满意度的提升,护理人员应给予足够的重视。

Abstract
Objective: To study the application effect of humanized nursing in high-quality nursing services in cardiology, in order to provide some reference for the follow-up work of cardiology nurses. Methods: In this experiment, 94 patients with cardiology in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected, and the selected patients were divided into two groups of A and B through lottery. The number of patients in the two groups was the same, both were 47. During the experiment, the nursing staff carried out routine nursing care for patients in group A and humanized nursing care for patients in group B. The compliance, length of hospital stay and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were counted and recorded. Results: The results of the study showed that compared with patients in group A, the compliance of patients in group B was higher, and the differences between the two groups were more prominent, which was statistically significant (p <0.05). Compared with patients in group A, the length of hospitalization of patients in group B was shorter, the differences between the two groups of patients were more prominent and statistically significant (p <0.05); compared with patients in group A, the satisfaction of patients in group B was higher, and the differences between the two groups of patients were more prominent, which was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion : Humanized nursing has a good effect in quality nursing services in cardiology. It can improve the compliance of patients to a certain extent, shorten the length of hospitalization of patients, and promote the improvement of patient satisfaction. Nursing staff should pay sufficient attention.
