Evaluation of the overall implementation effect of introducing high-quality nursing in the nursing management of digestive medicine

摘要
目的：探究在消化内科的临床护理管理中，引入优质护理对护理管理的改善，以及整体应用效果。方法：在我院的消化内科中选取60例患者作为本次实验的观察对象，均于2019.1月~2020.1月期间因消化内科疾病入院治疗，将患者按照不用的护理方式分为对照组和观察组，每组患者各30例。采用临床常规护理方式的为对照组，在常规护理的基础上进行优质护理管理的为观察组，对比分析两组患者的生活改善情况，以及对护理工作的满意度。结果：将两组患者的生活质量评分进行对比，可知观察组患者的生理功能、心理健康、精神状态、人际关系等指标均明显优于对照组患者，两组数据之间存在较大的差异，且（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。此外，通过对护理满意度的调查，观察组患者对护理工作的满意度高达93.33%，明显优于对照组患者的66.66%。结论：将优质护理模式引入消化内科的临床护理管理中，能够有效的改善患者的各项生活指标，提高患者的生活质量，同时对提高护理工作的满意度也具有显著效果，可以进行临床推广和使用。

Abstract
Objective: To explore the improvement of nursing management by introducing high-quality nursing in the clinical nursing management of gastroenterology, and the overall application effect. Methods: 60 patients were selected as the observation objects in this experiment in the Department of Gastroenterology of our hospital. All of them were admitted to the hospital due to gastroenterological diseases between January 2019 and January 2020. With 30 patients in each group, the clinical routine nursing method is the control group, and the high-quality nursing management based on the routine nursing is the observation group. The life improvement of the two groups of patients and the satisfaction with the nursing work are compared and analyzed. Results: Comparing the quality of life scores of the two groups of patients, it can be seen that the observation group’s physiological function, mental health, mental state, interpersonal relationship and other indicators are significantly better than those of the control group, and (P <0.05) with statistical significance. In addition, through the survey of nursing satisfaction, the satisfaction of the observation group patients with nursing work was as high as 93.33%, which was significantly better than 66.66% of the control group patients. Conclusion : Introducing the high-quality nursing model into the clinical nursing management of the Gastroenterology Department can effectively improve the patients' various life indicators and improve the patients' quality of life. At the same time, it also has a significant effect on improving the satisfaction of nursing work, which is worthy of clinical promotion and using.
