Application of psychological nursing methods in gynecological nursing
心理护理方法在妇科护理中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨在妇科患者临床护理中心理护理干预的应用效果。方法：于本院2019年4月~2020年1月收治的妇科患者中，随机选取60例为研究对象，根据护理干预方式的不同，将其分组展开实验。在科室护理管理制度的相关要求下，医护人员按照以往常规的护理模式，为两组患者提供用药指导、病情监测等常规护理服务。与对照组护理方式的不同之处在于，观察组患者另外增加使用心理护理。结果：从两组患者护理前SDS、SAS评分比较上来看，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。护理干预后，两组患者的SDS、SAS评分降低，且观察组患者前后评分差异更大，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在心理护理中，给予妇科患者心理、情绪上的疏导，能够改善患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪，患者的内心得到安慰与支持，有利于患者生活质量的进一步提高，达到更好的治疗效果。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention in clinical nursing of gynecological patients.
Methods: Among the gynecological patients admitted in our hospital from April 2019 to January 2020, 60 patients were randomly selected as the research object, and the experiments were divided into groups according to different nursing intervention methods. Under the relevant requirements of the departmental nursing management system, medical staff provide routine care services such as medication guidance and disease monitoring for the two groups of patients in accordance with the previous conventional nursing model. The difference with the nursing method of the control group is that patients in the observation group additionally use psychological nursing.
Results: From the comparison of the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups of patients before nursing, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). After nursing intervention, the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups of patients decreased, and the difference between the scores of the observation group before and after the patients was greater, with statistical significance (P <0.05).
Conclusion  : In psychological nursing, giving gynecological patients psychological and emotional counseling can improve patients' anxiety, depression and other negative emotions. The patient's heart is comforted and supported, which is conducive to the further improvement of the patient's quality of life and achieve better treatment results.
