小儿危重病护理研究

摘要

目的：对小儿危重病的临床护理进行分析，以便为护理人员提供参考。方法：本研究开展时间为2019年1月~2019年12月，选取该阶段我院收治的40例小儿危重病患儿作为主要研究对象。采用回顾性分析法对小儿危重病的护理进行评分，统计评分结果，并根据结果展开针对性护理。同时护理监管对患儿的临床状况进行分析，将相关数据进行记录，尤其是患儿治疗效果及并发症发生情况等数据，要详细记录。结果：根据对患儿的临床状况分析得知，小儿危重病患儿采用根据护理评分结果制定的针对性护理后，治疗总有效率为87.5%（35/40），其中有7例患儿发生并发症，并发症发生率为（17.5%）。结论：由于小儿危重病患儿的病情较为危急，具有变化快的特点，所以临床中应该对患儿的状况及时评价，并根据评价结果进行针对性护理，以此促进治疗效果的提升，避免不良事件的发生，为护理过程中的安全性提供保障。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the clinical nursing of critically ill children to provide reference for nursing staff.
Methods: This study was conducted from January 2019 to December 2019. It is convenient to select 40 children with critical illness in our hospital as the main research object. The retrospective analysis method was used to score the nursing evaluation of critically ill children, and the scoring results were counted, and targeted nursing was carried out according to the results. At the same time, the nursing took over to analyze the clinical status of the child and record relevant data, especially the treatment of the child data such as the effect and the occurrence of complications should be recorded in detail. Result: According to the analysis of the clinical status of the children, after the targeted care based on the nursing score results, the total effective rate of treatment was 87.5% (35/40), including 7 cases of children complications, the incidence of complications is (17.5%).
Conclusion  : Due to the critical condition of children with critically ill children and the characteristics of rapid changes, the clinical status of the children should be evaluated in time and targeted care should be carried out according to the evaluation results to promote the improvement of the treatment effect and avoid adverse effects. The occurrence of the incident provides guarantee for the safety in the nursing process.
