摘要
目的：研究分析手术室细节护理管理在控制医院感染中的临床使用效果。方法：选取我院2018年12月~2019年6月期间收治的需要进行手术治疗的患者作为此次研究对象，共计108例。需要研究人员将该部分患者按照数表法分为对照组（54例）与观察组（54例），对照组手术患者运用常规手术室护理管理，而观察组手术患者在常规手术室护理管理的基础上采用细节管理，研究期间需要护理人员做好记录工作，对比两组患者护理安全、护理质量以及医院感染发生率等。结果：观察组手术患者运用手术室细节护理管理后护理质量评分为96.78±2.48分，而对照组手术患者采用常规手术室护理管理其护理质量评分84.56±3.14分，数据对比存在差异，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。此外，观察组手术患者医院感染发生率评分为0.19±0.04分，相较于对照组手术患者医院感染发生率评分低0.49±0.24分，研究数据具有差异，具备研究意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在手术室中，常规护理管理的基础上采用细节护理管理可以有效降低医院感染发生率，提升护理质量评分，提高护理满意度，值得临床推广使用。

Abstract
Objective: To study and analyze the clinical application effect of operating room detail nursing management in controlling hospital infection. Methods: A total of 108 patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from December 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study. Researchers are required to divide this group of patients into a control group (54 cases) and an observation group (54 cases) according to the number table method. The patients in the control group were managed using conventional operating room care, while the patients in the observation group were managed in conventional operating room. On the basis of detailed management, the nursing staff needed to keep records during the study period, and compared the two groups of patients' safety, quality of care, and incidence of nosocomial infections. Results: The nursing group scored 96.78 ± 2.48 after surgery in the observation group, and the nursing quality score was 84.56 ± 3.14 in the control group. The comparison of the data was statistically significant, with statistical significance (P <0.05). In addition, the incidence rate of nosocomial infection in the surgical group of the observation group was 0.19 ± 0.04 points, which was 0.49 ± 0.24 points lower than the nosocomial infection rate of the surgical group in the control group. The research data were different and of significance (P <0.05). Conclusion : The use of detailed nursing management based on routine nursing management in the operating room can effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections, improve nursing quality scores, and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
