摘要
目的 探究在ICU患者护理工作中，使用综合护理配合的方式进行呼吸机撤机的效率。方法 选取在2017.1月~2020.1月期间，于我院ICU病房中接受呼吸机治疗的患者，共计575例。根据其自身的病情症状、恢复情况的不同，制定不同的呼吸机撤机方式，如直接撤机、过度撤机、间断撤机、强行撤机等，并结合护理配合的方式进行撤机，观察575例患者的撤机结果。结果 575例使用呼吸机辅助治疗患者，在撤机时除了有43例患者存在死亡、病重自动出院、转院治疗等特殊情况外，其他532例患者均顺利撤机成功，可知在护理配合下进行撤机，具有较好的效率。结论 对于ICU患者的呼吸机撤机，采用护理配合的方式能够有效的提高撤机效率，保障患者的生命安全。

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficiency of ventilator withdrawing using integrated nursing in the nursing of ICU patients. Methods: A total of 575 patients who received ventilator treatment in the ICU ward of our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected. According to their own symptoms and recovery conditions, different ventilator withdrawal methods are developed, such as direct withdrawal, excessive withdrawal, intermittent withdrawal, forced withdrawal, etc., combined with the way of nursing cooperation to withdraw, observe the results of 575 patients withdrawing. Results: 575 patients were assisted by ventilator treatment. Except for 43 patients with death, serious illness, automatic discharge from hospital, and transfer to hospital for treatment, other 532 patients successfully withdrew the aircraft successfully. Withdrawing the machine has better efficiency. Conclusion : For the ICU patients withdrawing the ventilator, the nursing coordination method can effectively improve the efficiency of withdrawing the machine and ensure the safety of the patient's life.
