孕期健康教育在妇产科护理中的临床研究

摘要

目的 探究孕期健康教育在妇产科护理中的临床应用效果。方法 本次对照实验中于我院妇产科选取70例孕妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字法将其分配为对照组和观察组,每组35例患者,并使用不同的护理方式,其中对照组使用常规护理方式,观察组在常规护理方式的基础上增加孕期健康教育,并在护理后对比自然分娩率、分娩时间、住院时间及新生儿产后1min的Apgar评分。结果 观察组自然分娩28例,自然分娩率(80%),分娩时间(9.08±1.82)h,住院时间(5.17±2.02)d,新生儿产后Apgar评分(7.18±1.39)分。使用常规护理的对照组,自然分娩19例,自然分娩率(54.28%),分娩时间、住院时间、新生儿产后Apgar评分分别为(12.39±2.13)h、(7.69±3.16)d、(6.22±1.43)分,观察组各项观察指标均显著优于对照组,且数据间有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将孕期健康教育应用于妇产科护理中有极高的应用价值,适宜临床上加大推广力度。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical application of health education during pregnancy in obstetrics and gynecology.
Methods In this controlled experiment, 70 pregnant women were selected from the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital as the research object, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number method. Each group had 35 patients and different nursing methods were used. The group used conventional nursing methods, and the observation group increased the health education during pregnancy on the basis of conventional nursing methods, and compared the natural delivery rate, childbirth time, hospitalization time, and Apgar score of 1min postpartum of the newborns after nursing.
Results There were 28 cases of spontaneous delivery in the observation group. The rate of spontaneous delivery (80%), delivery time (9.08 ± 1.82) h, length of hospital stay (5.17 ± 2.02) d, Apgar score (7.18 ± 1.39) of postnatal delivery. In the control group using conventional care, 19 cases of natural delivery, the natural delivery rate (54.28%), delivery time, hospital stay, and postnatal neonatal Apgar score were (12.39 ± 2.13) h, (7.69 ± 3.16) d, and (6.22 ± 1.43) points, the observation indicators of the observation group were significantly better than the control group, and there was a significant statistical significance between the data (P <0.05).
Conclusion   The application of pregnancy health education to obstetrics and gynecology nursing has a very high application value, and it is appropriate to increase the promotion in clinical practice.
