Abstract

Objective To comprehensively investigate the influencing factors of emergency nursing care in order to enhance the management awareness and ability of emergency nursing managers and improve the overall quality of nursing work in emergency department.
Methods: This study will use the self-made questionnaire of "emergency nursing safety issues" in our hospital, and select 40 head nurses from our emergency department for investigation.
Results: Through a series of investigations, it was found that most head nurses in the emergency department believed that the risk factors for nursing work in the emergency department were due to stress, physical and mental fatigue in the emergency department, and rigorous inspection.
Conclusion  : Studies have shown that factors such as stress in the emergency department, physical and mental fatigue, inaccurate inspections, and inadequate experience in using advanced equipment are the main reasons for the safety quality of emergency department nursing and the decline in the quality of nursing work in the emergency department. Knowledge is regularly trained, and nurse entertainment rooms are set up to relax the tight mental state of nurses in emergency departments.
