The application of evidence-based nursing in relieving bladder spasm after resection of bladder tumor
循证护理在减轻膀胱肿瘤电切手术后膀胱痉挛中的应用

摘要

目的 对循证护理在减轻膀胱肿瘤电切手术后膀胱痉挛中的应用价值进行分析。方法 本次实验共计抽取本院2019年1月-2020年1月期间接受膀胱肿瘤电切手术的患者132例，在实验过程中根据护理方式的不同将132例患者均分为甲乙两组，每组66例患者。护理人员在实际工作中采取常规护理手段对甲组患者进行护理，采取循证护理对乙组患者进行护理，对两组患者膀胱痉挛持续时间、生活质量评分及膀胱痉挛出现几率进行统计和记录。结果 在膀胱痉挛持续时间方面，乙组患者远远短于甲组患者，膀胱痉挛持续时间方面表现出较大差异，数据呈现出现统计学意义（p＜0.05）；在生活质量评分方面，乙组患者显著高于甲组患者，生活质量评分方面表现出较大差异，数据呈现统计学意义（p＜0.05）；在膀胱痉挛出现几率方面，乙组患者明显低于甲组患者，膀胱痉挛出现几率方面表现出较大差异，数据呈现统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论 循证护理在减轻膀胱肿瘤电切手术后膀胱痉挛中有着较高的应用价值，其能够在一定程度上缩短膀胱痉挛持续时间，促进患者生活质量评分的提升，减少膀胱痉挛的出现，护理人员在实际工作中应给予足够的重视。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application value of evidence-based nursing in reducing bladder spasm after electrosurgical operation of bladder tumor.
Methods: A total of 132 patients who underwent electrosurgical bladder tumor surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected in this experiment. During the experiment, 132 patients were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods, 66 patients in each group. Nursing staff used routine nursing methods to care for patients in Group A in practice, and adopted evidence-based nursing to care for patients in Group B. Statistics and records of the duration of bladder spasm, quality of life score and the incidence of bladder spasm were recorded in both groups.
Results: In terms of the duration of bladder spasm, the patients in group B were much shorter than those in group A. The duration of bladder spasm showed a large difference, and the data showed statistical significance (p <0.05); in terms of quality of life score, the patients in group B were significantly higher than those in group A, and there was a big difference in the quality of life score. The data showed statistical significance (p <0.05). In terms of the probability of bladder spasm, the patients in group B were significantly lower than those in group A, and bladder spasm appeared. The probability showed a large difference, and the data showed statistical significance (p <0.05).
Conclusion  : Evidence-based nursing has a high application value in reducing bladder spasm after electrosurgical bladder tumor resection. It can shorten the duration of bladder spasm to a certain extent, promote the improvement of patients' quality of life score, reduce the occurrence of bladder spasm, so that nursing personnel should pay enough attention in actual work.
