Analysis of the effect of psychological nursing in the operating room on the preoperative stress response of breast cancer patients

摘要
目的 研究手术室心理护理对乳腺癌患者术前应激反应的影响，以期能够为护理人员开展工作提供些许参考。方法 本次实验抽取本院2019年1月-2019年12月期间就诊的乳腺癌患者共计88例，通过抽签将所选患者分为甲乙两组，两组患者人数相同，均为44人。在实验过程中，护理人员对甲组患者实施常规护理，对乙组患者实施手术室心理护理，统计和记录两组患者护理满意情况、抑郁评分及焦虑评分。结果 研究结果显示，相比甲组患者，乙组患者护理满意度较高，两组患者之间差异较为突出，存在统计学意义（p＜0.05）；相比甲组患者，乙组患者抑郁评分及焦虑评分较低，两组患者之间差异较为突出，存在统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论 在乳腺癌患者术前护理中手术室心理护理有着较好的效果，其能够在一定程度上促进患者护理满意度的提升，降低患者抑郁评分及焦虑评分，具有一定的现实意义。

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of operating room psychological nursing on preoperative stress response of breast cancer patients, in order to provide some reference for nursing staff to carry out their work. Methods: A total of 88 breast cancer patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected in this experiment. The selected patients were divided into two groups of A and B through by lottery. During the experiment, the nurses performed routine nursing care for patients in group A, and performed psychological nursing in the operating room for patients in group B. Statistics and recorded the satisfaction status, depression score and anxiety score of the two groups of patients. Results: The results of the study showed that compared with patients in group A, the satisfaction of patients in group B was higher, and the differences between the two groups were more prominent, with statistical significance (p <0.05). Compared with patients in group A, patients in group B were depressed. The scores and anxiety scores were low, and the differences between the two groups of patients were more prominent, with statistical significance (p <0.05). Conclusion : In the preoperative care of breast cancer patients, psychological operation in the operating room has a good effect. It can promote the improvement of patient satisfaction to a certain extent and reduce the depression and anxiety scores of patients. It has certain practical significance.
